Butterscotch Latte

Butterscotch is the flavour that takes its time. It doesn’t hit immediately — it settles in slowly, warm and golden, building from the base of a double shot of our in-house roasted espresso upward through steamed milk until the whole cup tastes like something that was made deliberately and unhurriedly. The butterscotch here is rich and buttery with a depth that caramel doesn’t quite reach — darker, more complex, and with a sweetness that feels rooted rather than added on top. The espresso holds its own underneath it all, giving the drink a backbone that keeps it from tipping too far into dessert territory. Just far enough, though. Far enough that you’ll think about it on the way home and consider turning back. Iced, it’s cold and indulgent in equal measure. Hot, it’s the drink the evening was waiting for.
