Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love every cup of coffee from Tribal. However, due to the nature of our products, we have established the following policy:

Perishable Items

Freshly brewed coffee, beverages, and prepared food items cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been delivered.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or your order is damaged (e.g., a spill during delivery), please contact us immediately at our shop at Street 9, Shop 9, Sector C, DHA Phase 6, Lahore. We will happily provide a replacement or store credit.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 5 minutes of being placed. Once the brewing process has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds for non-perishable items (such as packaged beans or merchandise) will be processed back to your original payment method via PayFast within 7–10 working days.
