This is where everything starts. A double shot pulled from our in-house roasted beans, ground fresh, tamped right, and extracted to exactly where it needs to be — no more, no less. What lands in the cup is small but complete: a dense, syrupy shot with a layer of crema on top that tells you it was made with care.
