The Shaken Espresso

Some drinks are made. This one is built. We pull a double shot of our in-house roasted espresso and shake it until it’s cold, aerated, and alive — then we pour fresh milk over it slowly and let the espresso drip down through in ribbons. You don’t stir it. You watch it settle. Then you drink it before it does. The result is bold up top, creamy at the bottom, and somewhere in between on every sip after that. No syrup. No fuss. Just espresso doing exactly what it’s supposed to do — anchoring everything around it.
