Flavor Profile

Some drinks are made. This one was discovered. The Tribal Special is built on three ingredients that have been warming Lahore for centuries — pistachio, saffron, and cinnamon — brought together with silky steamed milk and a bold double shot of our in-house roasted espresso. The result is layered and unhurried: the espresso hits first, then the warmth of cinnamon, then something deeper and more golden that you can’t quite name. That’s the saffron. The pistachio rounds everything out into something that feels less like coffee and more like a ritual. This is the drink we made for Lahore. This is why we’re called Tribal.
