Tribal Karak Chai

Strong tea, whole milk, spice that stays. The street in a glass.

Flavor Profile

This is the drink that belongs here. Not because it’s coffee — it isn’t — but because Karak Chai is what this street runs on and we weren’t going to do it halfway. Tribal Karak is brewed strong, the way it’s supposed to be — bold black tea simmered with whole milk and a spice blend that builds slowly and stays with you long after the glass is empty. There’s warmth in every sip that has nothing to do with temperature. It’s the kind of chai that feels like it came from somewhere — a dhabba you remember, a kitchen that always had something on the stove, a corner of the city that still does things properly. We made it ours without changing what makes it theirs. Served hot, frothy on top, and completely unapologetic about it.
